How much does parking cost at Park King? Daily rates from 4.90 € — the longer you stay, the lower the daily rate. A 7-day Mallorca trip is around 35 € total.
How do I book? Online at parkkinghamburg.de — enter dates, pay, get instant confirmation. Takes 3 minutes.
What payment methods are accepted? Credit card (Visa/MC/AmEx), PayPal, SOFORT/Klarna, SEPA direct debit.
Are there discount codes or special offers? Newsletter subscribers get occasional discount codes. Seasonal promotions for school holidays, Christmas, summer.
Shuttle service
How long is the shuttle ride to Hamburg Airport? 4 minutes. From our lot at Gutenbergring 13 directly to Terminal 1 or 2.
Is the shuttle on demand or scheduled? On demand. We pick you up at your booking time.
How do I get the shuttle for my return? Call hotline +49 15566 342957 when your luggage is collected. Shuttle at terminal in 5–8 min.
What if my flight is delayed? No problem and no extra charge. We track your flight and pick you up whenever you actually land.
Are child seats available? Yes — 0–18 kg, 9–18 kg, 15–36 kg, free on request.
Security & insurance
Is the Park King lot secure? Fully fenced, 24/7 CCTV (30-day retention), well-lit, on-site staff during the day.
Is Park King insured? Yes — fully commercial liability insurance. Even rare third-party damage is covered.
What happens if my car is damaged? Report at pickup, we file an insurance claim. Damages by other vehicles or third parties are covered.
Can I keep the keys? Yes — key custody is optional. Without keys, we cannot perform optional services like EV charging or cleaning.
EV charging
Do you have EV chargers? Yes, at the parking spot. Compatible with Tesla, Polestar, Audi e-tron, BMW i, VW ID series, Hyundai Ioniq, Kia EV.
Is EV charging free? Yes, when booked at booking. The cost is included in the parking price.
How fast is the charging? Type 2 connector, 11 kW AC charging. A typical EV charges from 20% to 100% in 6–8 hours — perfect for stays of 1+ days.
What if my EV is fully charged before pickup? No problem — we disconnect to leave the spot for the next vehicle. Battery is preserved at 100%.
Cancellation policy
Can I cancel my Park King booking? Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before drop-off. After that, normal cancellation fees apply.
What if my flight is canceled within 24 h? Call the hotline — in extraordinary cases (airline cancellation, force majeure) we may still grant a free cancellation as goodwill.

How long does the refund take? Processing time: 3–5 business days. Refunded to the original payment method.
Special services
Do you offer interior cleaning? Yes — from 25 €. Vacuum, dashboard wipe-down, window cleaning. Done while you are away.
Tire change during my trip? Yes — we accept seasonal tire delivery and coordinate with our partner garage. From 50 € service fee + tire shop fees.
Fuel refill before pickup? Yes — fuel cost + 5 € service fee. Return to a full tank.
Camper or oversized vehicles? Standard spots are 5.5 m × 2.5 m. Larger vehicles up to 7.5 m on request — call hotline +49 15566 342957.
