Automatic VAT invoice for business accounting
Park King generates a tax-compliant VAT invoice for every booking, automatically. Sent by email after the trip with all required details:
- Park King company details (registered Gewerbe, VAT ID)
- Customer name and address (for B2B billing)
- Booking reference
- Service dates (drop-off and pick-up)
- Itemized prices (parking, shuttle included, EV charging if booked, etc.)
- VAT rate (standard 19%)
- Total amount (gross, net, VAT)
The invoice is fully compliant with German tax law (§14 UStG) — your accounting can book it directly. PDF format for archival. No paper copies needed.
Free cancellation — essential for business travelers
Business meetings get rescheduled. Client trips change. Conferences are postponed. Park King's free cancellation up to 24 hours before drop-off protects your booking fee:

P1 and P3 do not offer free cancellation. For frequent business travelers, this alone justifies Park King.

Many business trips involve early-morning flights (Lufthansa to Frankfurt 5:30 AM, Eurowings to Munich 6:00 AM, KLM to Amsterdam 6:30 AM). Park King is open 24/7 with on-site staff and 24-hour hotline. Drive to the lot at 4:30 AM, park, hand over keys (optional), 4-minute shuttle, at the terminal by 5:00 AM. Stress-free start to the business day.
Premium parking spots for executive vehicles
Executive cars like Audi A8, BMW 7 Series, Mercedes S-Class, Porsche Panamera, Tesla Model S need spacious parking. Park King's standard spots are 5.5 m × 2.5 m — comfortable for all standard executives. Premium SUVs like Audi Q8, BMW X7, Mercedes GLS, Range Rover also fit. Larger vehicles up to 7.5 m available on request.
For very high-end vehicles (Bentley, Maybach, Rolls-Royce), our key custody service is recommended — additional protection during the trip.
